We’re looking for a Full Cycle Sales Manager who can take ownership of the entire sales funnel - from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.
You’ll play a central role in defining and refining our go-to-market strategy, optimizing the sales process, and helping Jamie reach more customers who can benefit from our AI technology. It’s a hands-on role with massive growth potential — ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and wants to shape the future of how teams communicate.
🔍 Own the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and demo to negotiation and close. You’ll turn prospects into delighted customers. 💡 Develop scalable sales strategies - experiment with outreach tactics, refine messaging, and optimize conversion rates across channels. 🤝 Build and maintain relationships - ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand values and creates long-term trust. 📊 Collaborate with Marketing & Product - share insights from the field to improve our positioning, features, and overall customer experience. 🚀 Contribute to growth initiatives - identify new market segments, test go-to-market experiments, and help us scale our revenue engine. 🎯 Take ownership - you’ll have the freedom to build and run your own playbook, backed by a team that supports fast execution and bold ideas.
