Until today we have been growing almost entirely without a marketing function. That changes now. This is the first dedicated marketing hire at Jamie, and it's a big deal.

Role

You'll own how Jamie shows up in the world, through events, world-class content, and presence where our customers pay attention. This isn't a "post three times a week and update the website" role. You'll build our entire brand and field marketing engine from scratch.

You're equal parts storyteller, event host, and content machine. You don't wait for briefs, you find the story, create the content, and get it out into the world. You're comfortable on stage, behind the camera, and in the DMs.

Responsibilities

🎀 Plan and execute events - dinners, roundtables, workshops - across key European cities. Curate guest lists, host the evening, follow up the next day. Manage conference presence and secure speaking slots. Build the event playbook from scratch.

✍️ Interview customers - turn their stories into LinkedIn posts, videos, carousels, and articles. Produce video content: event recaps, customer spotlights, product stories. Own Jamie's social media voice and posting cadence. You create the content yourself - no briefs, no agencies.

πŸ“£ Drive demand generation - run targeted campaigns, ABM plays, and co-marketing initiatives that fill the top of the funnel and create qualified pipeline for sales.

🌐 Own the website as a conversion engine - keep messaging sharp, pages up to date, and the experience optimized for turning visitors into users.

🀝 Work closely with sales and founders - align on account-level messaging and timing, shape Jamie's brand narrative, and turn product updates into compelling stories.
