The role

We’re a small team driven to build a meaningful product that writes the world’s best meeting notes, powered by AI. In this early stage, everyone is doing a bit of everything which means you will have great responsibility from day 1. As we are building out our vision of the product while working closely together with customers on our waitlist, we are looking for a world-class engineer who is as excited as we are about crafting a magical product that has real impact on the world.

Despite the role being flexible, we are looking for specific support as we are building and iterating over our product:

• Build Core Product Features: Turn user needs and product ideas into robust, well-crafted code for our AI meeting note platform.
• Full-Stack Development: Contribute across our entire stack (Frontend, Backend, ML Pipelines, Desktop Apps) to deliver end-to-end features.
• Shape the Product: Work closely with the founders and the team to define, iterate, and improve the user experience.
• Write & Maintain Quality Code: Develop, review, and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Enhance Our Stack & Infrastructure: Help set up, manage, and improve our development operations, tooling, and infrastructure (including optimizing ML pipelines).
• Ensure Quality: Play a key role in ensuring we ship a robust, reliable, and exceptional experience to our users.

What’s our stack?

We are running on the most modern tools and technologies we know, but are always happy to hear new ideas and perspectives that could make working better. Currently, we are using:

• 🤖 Nextjs is our framework of choice
• 🧑‍💻 Python for serving custom ML models on Modal
• 💻 Tauri, Rust to ship to Windows & macOS
• 💅🏼 Shadcn & Tailwind for making things look pretty
• 🎨 Figma, v0 for UI/UX design
• 〰️ Linear & GitHub for issue tracking and our repo
• 🗂️ Slack, Notion & G-suite for everything else
