We’re building the world’s best AI meeting assistant. We’re an early-stage, fast-moving startup looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our core team in Berlin (hybrid/remote possible). You’ll own some of the hardest engineering challenges we face — from our cross-platform desktop app to real-time audio processing at scale.

We’re driven to eliminate the burden of meeting documentation and unlock insights from conversations. We are an early stage startup working closely with initial customers to build a magical product with real-world impact.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s comfortable working close to the metal. You’ll tackle our most demanding engineering problems — building and maintaining our Tauri desktop app, implementing native audio capture and real-time streaming, and designing systems that reliably process thousands of concurrent media streams. This is a diverse role: while low-level systems work is at its core, you may also get involved in AI/ML tasks if that interests you.
As one of our early engineering hires, you’ll have significant responsibility and influence over our product direction and engineering culture from day one.
Desktop App (Tauri / Rust): Own and evolve our cross-platform desktop application, shipping a polished native experience on both Windows and macOS.
Native Audio Recording & Streaming: Build reliable, low-latency audio capture and streaming pipelines that work seamlessly across operating systems and hardware.
Scalable Media Processing: Design and operate infrastructure that handles thousands of concurrent audio/media streams with high availability and performance.
Ship Quality at Speed: Work closely with the founders and the team to define, experiment, and improve the user experience — while ensuring we deliver a robust, reliable product.
Iterate with User Feedback: Move quickly using direct user feedback and analytics to push product metrics forward.
